SUMMARY:IWRP Quarterly Industry Day
DESCRIPTION:Contact Giancarlo Dumenigo\ngiancarlo.dumenigo.civ@us.navy.mil\n843.218.2375 \n\n  \nDescription\nNaval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and Naval Information Warfare Centers (NIWC) Atlantic and Pacific announce the Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium Quarterly Industry Day hosted by ATI—the IWRP Consortium management firm—at the Charleston Gaillard Center on Wednesday\, October 25\, 2023. The event will include a keynote address from Mr. Bradley C. Punch\, PEO Digital deputy technical director; IWRP program and consortium updates; technical briefs; and one-on-one breakout sessions with scheduled IWRP Consortium members. \nTechnical briefs presented during the IWRP Consortium Quarterly Industry Day will include a variety of topics focused on information warfare. It is anticipated that the topics will be the basis of upcoming Requests for Prototype Projects (RPPs) to IWRP Consortium members. This is not an RPP\, but for planning purposes only. A project will not be awarded from this announcement. In order to obtain more information regarding the below projects\, you must be a member of the IWRP Consortium. For more information on becoming an IWRP Consortium member\, please visit https://www.theiwrp.org. The purpose of this announcement is to provide members of the IWRP Consortium and industry in general advanced notification of government intent. \nThe Government anticipates soliciting one (1) Request for Prototype Project (RPP) for white papers\, enhanced white papers or full proposals via N65236-22-9-0001. The RPP topic will include a technical brief and one-on-one breakout sessions. The RPP topic consist of the following: \n\n\n24-LANT-1954 Tactical Networks Remote Monitoring (TNRM) 3.0: The government is seeking solutions to collect various data types on multiple afloat platforms for the purpose of monitoring a mix of networks\, servers\, storage devices\, virtual machines\, applications\, and configurations. Once collected\, the solution will need to visualize this collected data with dashboards and alerts locally for system administrator use on the afloat platform\, as well as transfer the data over low bandwidth\, high latency links\, also dealing with Denied\, Disrupted\, Intermittent\, and Limited (DDIL) conditions\, to shore for a centralized visualization showing all afloat platforms with the ability to select a single afloat platform and be presented with the specific afloat platform dashboards and alerts. The solution should require minimal-to-no afloat maintenance or system administrator engagement. It should consider the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)\, system modeling\, and automation technologies as an iterative out year improvement to allow for automated proactive resolution of anomalies identified within afloat systems and networks.\n\n\n \nThe government will be presenting three (3) Pre-Solicitation Collaborations (PSCs)\, which will include a short brief and one-on-one breakout sessions. The PSC topics consist of the following: \n\n\nMyNavy HR Chatbot: The government is seeking to develop a “chatbot” that leverages large language model (e.g. ChatGPT)\, generating humanlike interaction based on context that triages customers’ HR-related issues and tracks a variety of back-end performance metrics.\nAdvanced Manufacturing for Electronic Components: NIWC Atlantic anticipates the need to identify and test alternative rapid manufacturing of electronics options due to obsolescence and continued supply chain constraints. The command would like to explore prototype solutions that provide advanced manufacturing capabilities to create circuit card assemblies\, capabilities like additive manufacturing\, and pick and place technology for example.\nModular Cabinet Design: The government is seeking a technical feasibility study (i.e. white paper) for a modular cabinet design that will include cable management recommendations\, rear cabinet maintenance accessibility\, and recommended dimensions based on current “Commercial off the Shelf” Information Technology. The government will provide technical requirements. Based on the given requirements\, the technical feasibility study will provide a recommended integrated engineering solution to a modular cabinet design implementing a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA).\n\n\n  \nContact Information\nContracting Office Address\nP.O.
