In February 2018, the North Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NCMEP) reported a video success story about Jordan Schindler, an up-and-coming entrepreneur who founded TexDel, a textile-based drug delivery company in 2011.

Since the NCMEP video success story, the organization has branched out exponentially, and now the Conover-based company was ranked the 50th fastest-growing company in the U.S. by Inc. magazine.
