Bill Goebel has over twenty years’ experience in senior management in marketing, sales, licensing, manufacturing, importing and exporting, and finance. He is an innovative and creative problem solver with strong skills in strategic and tactical planning. He is the owner of MPACT Solutions, a consulting firm focused on helping companies close the skills gap by providing fully customizable training and development programs that enhance employee knowledge, performance, and productivity. Beyond MPACT, Bill is currently the area president of Focus CFO, which has given him the opportunity to serve developing and mid-size companies in securing resources. He is also the founder and president of Youth of North Carolina, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) through education, youth empowerment, and community engagement. He has studied at Harvard, Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State University and Roosevelt Universities.
