Doug is the Chief Solutions Officer for Catapult, a Southeast Employers Association serving 2,200 employers in all industries.  Catapult provides end-to-end HR solutions which help organizations navigate everyday operational challenges, making workplaces more effective and employees more successful.  Doug leads all of the firm’s service delivery areas from HR/Legal Advice, Pre-Employment Services, Total Rewards Solutions, Learning & Development, and Strategic HR Consulting.  Leaning on over 30 years in the HR industry, he also guides members on a range of topics including most things HR, HR/Business Strategy, Talent Management, Employee Relations and Compliance.  Doug is also a frequent speaker at conferences and events and a published writer in the HR and Talent spaces.  Doug received his MBA with honors from ECU and his B.A. in Industrial Relations from UNC-Chapel Hill.
