Our no-cost one-day Competitiveness Review is the core of NCMEP’s business improvement services and the first step in our strategic, hands-on approach to help improve your company’s performance. The Competitiveness Review is a comprehensive, on-site evaluation of your company’s operations that appraises capabilities and gauges the effectiveness of business systems.
NCMEP
The North Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NCMEP) is the official representative of the MEP National NetworkTM and NIST MEP in North Carolina. The MEP National Network is a unique public-private partnership that delivers comprehensive, proven solutions to U.S. manufacturers, fueling growth and advancing U.S. manufacturing.
NCMEP is a proven resource as a public-private operating alliance of state-supported programs, working together to help manufacturing companies become operationally efficient and well-positioned to grow profitably.
MFGCON
For six years, NCMEP and Business NC have collaborated to put on MFGCON. MFGCON is a manufacturing conference that encapsulates the current and future trends within the manufacturing industry, allows manufacturers to network and provides manufacturers with straightforward knowledge that they can go back to their organizations and apply. This year, on November 3–4, NCMEP will be hosting its seventh annual MFGCON—MFGCON 21—at the Durham Convention Center. The conference will feature the most up-to-date and relevant topics from North Carolina’s most influential manufacturing thought leaders. This year’s areas of focus include:
