Are you a North Carolina manufacturer struggling to find a vendor to meet your production needs? Current events have impacted manufacturing supply chains, leaving manufacturers wondering how they’ll meet the demand for not only their products but for the personal protective equipment (PPE) many have elected to produce.
The North Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NCMEP) is participating in the MEP’s supplier scouting program to assist North Carolina’s small and mid-sized manufacturers (SMMs) in finding vendors who can provide parts and products and rebuild the backbone of U.S and North Carolina supply chains. As a member of the MEP National Network, NCMEP has extensive relationships with manufacturers across the U.S. who can meet your organization’s needs.
Our supply chain experts will work with your organization to understand your supplier needs and match you with vendors who can meet your urgency to ensure you provide quality products on time to your customers. This service is a referral program led by NCMEP at no cost.
NCMEP can support your vendor, materials or technical search by identifying:
- Technical and process capabilities.
- Production capacities.
- Capability to make products.
- Manufacturers to pivot production to critical supplies
All parties are strongly advised to exercise due diligence when entering agreements and are responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of all goods/services transacted.
