Luke Taylor is a manufacturing entrepreneur and leader of Omni Mold & Die in Winston-Salem, NC. Prior to acquiring Omni, Luke spent four years at Safe Harbor Marinas focused on acquisitions. He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Over the past five years, Luke has led Omni through the transition from a founder-led shop to an EOS-run, next-generation manufacturing organization — building a values-driven culture, developing emerging leaders, and modernizing operations while honoring the company’s craftsmanship and history.
