Each year, DLA Troop Support’s Clothing & Textiles Directorate hosts the Joint Advanced Planning Brief for Industry (JAPBI). At the annual JAPBI, the Clothing & Textiles teams and our military service partners brief the industrial base on future requirements and business opportunities for clothing and individual equipment. In addition to DLA Troop Support, there are presentations from each of the Services’ program offices.
 

 
The 2024 JAPBI will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton located at 2349 Marlton Pike West (Rt. 70W) in Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 on November 19 through November 21. Check in will begin on November 19 from 4-7 p.m. and on November 20 from 7-9 a.m. Presentations and sessions will be on November 20 and November 21.
 
An agenda will be uploaded to the website prior to the event. Requests for speed dating sessions are no longer accepted.
 
This year’s JAPBI will be slightly different from previous years. Attendees will still receive the same beneficial information as in previous years but will also have the opportunity to sign up for have networking opportunities – or “speed dating” sessions – with DLA and the Services. Each “speed dating” session will be 10-minutes so please plan accordingly. Opportunities are available for the following areas:

 
If you are interested in registering for a “speed dating” session, please send requests to CandTJAPBIRequests@dla.mil in the following format: Team Name and Topics to Discuss (i.e., Team Name: Individual Equipment – Michael Rettano / Topics to Discuss:  production capabilities for load carrying items). These sessions are limited so please ensure you are submitting your request in a timely fashion.  Sessions for the above areas marked with an asterisk will be scheduled based on attendees from the Services and it is requested that you are specific in your request on the topics you would like to discuss to assist with scheduling.
 
Registering for the event itself is separate from hotel registration.
