BEST PRACTICES OF OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE TO RECYCLE, REDUCE, AND REUSE RESOURCES IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES. In this seminar, how the issues raised in the first seminar should be tackled will be discussed. Using another hands-on simulation, participants will be shown how to organize workplaces properly to reduce wasted time, materials, and effort. Principles that can make any process efficient and profitable will be discussed. Participants will be able to start applying best practices discussed immediately in their workplaces to reduce their environmental waste footprint.
