An introduction to the process of plastics extrusion. This course is designed for operators, technicians, process engineers, quality auditors and supervisors. It covers the basics of polymer structure, extrusion equipment design and function, line operation and common extrusion problems. It’s intended to give the students the information necessary to effectively operate and improve the performance of the extrusion process.
