Innovation 101: How to Create and Advance Ideas

Who Should Attend

Businesses with too little sales or marketing department.

Many organizations know they need to be more innovative. They know innovative companies excel in critical areas such as customer satisfaction, profitability and employee morale. However, we find that very few organizations have a repeatable process to create, advance and prioritize ideas.

This webinar will demonstrate a concise, but powerful way to capture ideas, advance the ones with the highest impact and quickly kill those that won’t work. This webinar will show you how to make innovation a systematic process versus a random act. You will learn tools, roles and methods to innovate.

Key Takeaways:

  • Learn how diversity, stimulus and fear all impact your innovation efforts
  • How to capture ideas in a consistent manner
  • Learn how to quickly advance your best ideas
