Open Call: Fiber Artist-in-Residence Opportunity Returns for 2025
TOSS Studio’s “Circularity at Play” Artist-in-Residence program is back—and we’re inviting one visionary fiber artist to join us this fall in Morganton, NC for a five-week creative journey that blends sustainability, education, and community. The selected artist will create five original fiber works using 90% recycled materials, lead engaging art workshops for K–8 students, and exhibit their work during a community-wide celebration. One of the final pieces will be selected for permanent display at The Industrial Commons, contributing to our shared creative legacy.
Residency Details:
$6,200 stipend + lodging
Residency dates: October 29 – December 9, 2025
