North Carolina’s Community College’s state-wide system of employee development and customized training develops one of the most highly skilled workforces in the nation. The NC Community College System offers NCWorks, a free, customized job training and recruiting program for new and expanding businesses and industries across North Carolina. The organization also offers comprehensive training support at all career levels from new hires or seasoned technicians to C-level management. Its courses range from established programs to a customized curriculum tailored to address specific business needs and is facilitated through a network of 58 community colleges, serving all 100 counties of the state.
