The 2025 NCMEP Manufacturing Leadership Awards celebrate the achievements of small- to mid-sized manufacturers in North Carolina (with 500 or fewer employees) who exemplify excellence in key areas of manufacturing. These awards, presented during the MFGCON conference on April 29-30, 2025, in Winston-Salem, NC, offer an opportunity for manufacturers to gain recognition for their innovations, practices and contributions to their communities.

- Eligibility:
- Manufacturers are encouraged to self-nominate.
- Previous winners may not win the same category again for five years.
- Organizations can apply for multiple categories but can only win in one.

Recognizes economic contributions such as job creation, increased tax base or meeting community goals.
